  Adopted our first pet. Lots of great deals here and even better if you sign up for their points club. Bonus, they don't send you a card to carry around, just ask for your phone number.

  Good quality food and other cat supplies. Everything we have bought here was well liked by our cat. Also the pet tag machine is phenomenal.

  I bring my dogs here quite frequently and after today’s experience I might reconsider another location or even another pet store. Prior to one of my pup’s grooming appointment, I had walked my pup around the store as they had a sign to return in 15 minutes. My pup, just like any pup will pee and mark. However, normally I clean after my pup but today he was just not being compliant. I had walked back to the grooming area of the store and patiently waited to drop off the pup. As I was waiting, a staff member had approached me and stated that my pup had peed in the aisle and that he (she was pointing at a another staff member) had to clean it up. The way she communicated with me, made me feel really bad (which I assume was her intentions) for not cleaning up after my pup. Yes, I understand it’s my responsibility to clean up after my pup but it’s not easy with a knee injury and a puppy that weighs 100+lbs. At my other dogs salon, which happens to also be a pet store, my dog ALWAYS marks from the moment he enters the door to wherever he goes, and the staff memeber have always said “don’t worry about it”. Considering that petsmart is a larger pet store/company and the fact that I’m bringing my puppy here every 2-4 weeks for a $90 bath, not even a haircut, just a bath, I thought they would’ve been more understandable.
