    My partner and I together, with friends, have been travelling with GAdventures for some time and have gone on numerous trips with them. About a month ago we decided to go to India for a month (Oct - November 2016). And because it is a significant distance to travel, decided that we would combine several of the National Geographic trips that GAdventures offers into one outing. Sounds great right!? Well now we see that the pricing of one of the portions of the trip has been markedly reduced (Ganges River cruise) by about $1100 per person. We asked that the cost of our trip be reduced to reflect this "on sale" amount. GAdventures refused to do this and has made us cancel our original trip and rebook at a cost of $250 per person. While we still save money by doing this, GAdventures customer service is not what it once was. As a result of this I now rate their customer service as below par. GAdventures will have to work to get my business back again!
