They always took such good care of Norton. Rates are very good, and all tests were explained well. I'm moving to Victoria and I know it will be difficult to find a Vet this good.

.... as you can see below they don't even take responsibility for their actions... go somewhere else whom care.

Love the staff, and love the quality of care I always receive there. My dog has a lot of allergies which were addressed by the staff. Very comforting people.

Okay I'm a really patient guy and don't complain. I have to write this review so I can be the only guy that complains about this place and risk being mugged on the street. One of the doctors uses the fact that you cannot understand his strong accent to his advantage. Sometimes I was not given enough information to make decisions about my pet. Their daycare and boarding is actually "dog prison". Those who take their pets there should be ashamed. The older lady uses high pressure sales to get you to buy a 20 day pack of daycare which is not recommended by me. I can cordon off my own space for my dog to stay in during the day. The other dogs never meet your dog and if they do, it is an exciting 15 minutes per day. Their operation is too ambitious for their skill set and they are under staffed. I'm not trying to be mean. I'm just trying to make sure people know what they are getting into before they do.

I retract what I said. I was just upset that Benji was now scared of needles. He still is, but I don't know anything about the vet business. The advantages to the subcutaneous fluid may have out weighed the problem. Benji now only trusts that doctor that gave him the shot. Weird. As for the boarding and daycare. That is standard practice for Vet offices.

I was super nervous go to here as I live close and constantly see them not at the front desk and random animals strolling around in the clinic or I've seen someone in scrubs unlocking the door and there is an animal on its own alone in reception ( i got to the starbucks beside it often) however my poor boyfriends dog needed help and we didn't have a vet in Vancouver as of yet. they were TERRIBLE. horrible attitude, they didn't even look at his dog whom was openly bleeding they just told me to wait. I had to call 3 times just to get an appointment. I didn't know any better. After my super poor experience, and them saying just to watch the dog overnight to see if he bleeds more I ended up taking him to the emergency clinic on burrard later that day. This was a few months back so I pray they actually take care of their animals now and hired responsible people to watch over our animals. My dog end up with 4 sutures and had an obvious infection. IF the vet had really even looked at the dog he probably would've known however all he cared about was how we were going to pay for the appointment. They should be called "Cypress cash or credit"

We usually go to SPCA for our previous pets a chihuahua and a Jack Russell but they had been so busy and hard to get an appointment. Now we have another Jack Russell and my brother recommend us to go to his vet at cypress st animal hospital. We loved it. The one and one care we got for our new Jack Russell puppy Max was excellent. The Vets and vet staffs are easy to talk to and great with Max. We really loved that they explain things well, making sure Max is comfortable during his vaccination time... Using positive distractions like even bringing in soft meaty food :) and massage :) I can always call them anytime with questions and they would answer in professionally. Loved the fact that they are just a phone call away and I can get Max to be looked after. The prices are reasonable. So far it's always been a positive experience. We would definitely recommend them.
