I went in to get my flat tire fixed, not only did I get my tire fixed but I learned how to do a tune up on my bike. The staff were AMAZING!!! so friendly, fun and helpful! and you CANNOT beat the prices!

Extremely polite and fun social enterprise at UBC that offers reasonable pricing, good turnaround times and a strong basis for its work.

Awesome place! Super helpful and friendly staff. Went in to fix my shifter and they taught me how to do it. Great experience will definitely go back in the future.

Not only are all the humans that work here great people but they are super knowledgeable and helpful! I took my bike in for a tune up and while I know almost nothing about bikes, they explained everything to me very well and I left knowing exactly what they were going to do. They also gave me lots of options, which is great for someone on a budget like me! I really appreciated how much time they took to explain why things weren't working properly and the steps they were going to take to fix it and how much each thing would cost. Now my bike rides magically and I am so greatful!
