  2. The actual outcome of the car was mediocre. I paid $50 but I guess I'm disappointed to say the least. Little details I won't get petty about but basic stuff such as the windshield still had easily removable dirt on it and the trunk bumper, without even being opened, had dirty water dripping along the back from the bottom edge of the trunk door.

  They really pay attention to details, know their stuff, good and friendly service, always great with kids. Quick, well priced, and do a fantastic job. Highly recommended if you need your vehicle detailed.

  Fantastic service. I’m truly impressed! I got the ultra exotic package for $65, it took them 30 minutes from start to finish to have my BMW X1 looking brand new! I will 100% be coming back here in the future. Thank you Ultra Shine!

  Hands down the worst interior cleaning ever in my truck. They do not move anything to get under the mats or in corners the cup holders are still full of dirt. The seat wasn’t vacced and when we brought it up and showed the staff, they swept the dust with their hand on to the floor... still dirty my friend. Unfortunately I should have known better because this is not the first horrible detailing I’ve had at ultra shine, it was just the only place open today while we are in a rush. Wish I could post the photos.

  Great experience, as it always has been. Completely clean inside and out (make sure your trunk is empty), these guys did a great job on my white A4, looks brand new again! Service impeccable as well, cheers!

  1. Timing. I was told 45 minutes and to arrive before as the car can't wait once done. Fine. I arrive just before 40 mins had passed but in the end it took double the amount of time to clean. I had to cancel a prior obligation. It's fine if they are backed up and I completely understand but it'd be great to be told a realistic time. Didn't help when I came back that the car was still basically untouched and hadn't even moved into the garage.

  3. I've never seen a scratch on the middle front hood of my car. I even did a look through the morning before coming into for a wash. Without throwing around accusations and without knowing for sure, there's a scratch right there on the hood. If it was the shop, I do hope they take better care in the future as seemingly I'm not the only customer who has had this happen.

  Maybe I didn't see what was being offered at this price point clearly as this was my first visit, but basic services such as thoroughly wiping down the windshield that I could receive at much lower price point somewhere else in the city was the largest disappointment. Maybe a second visit could show me another side of the business...or alternatively find somewhere else.
