  I have a couple friends/colleagues that were still patients here, however just recently left for the exact same reason I described above. Despite your indication that you have rectified these issues, the scheduling & appointment practices seems to have gotten worse since I left. Patients cannot be expected to deal with your lack of respect for their time.

  I have been a client of Nimbus Dental Arts for around 8 years or so now. Long after moving out of the neighbourhood, I still continue to come here because of the friendly staff. I have actually fallen asleep in the chair while having a cavity filled.

  I found an alternate dentist down the street on 5th ave about a year ago and couldn't be happier! (We set up an appointment for me to come in so I can plan my day around it, and I come in and have the appointment, simple.)

  I'm sorry, but your patient booking system that has apparently "been upgraded to the best available standard" is still unreliable and unsatisfactory.

  *Update and Response to owner: I appreciate your response to my review, and I sincerely wish I could have left much more positive feedback! I didn't want to go through the hassle of changing dental offices, however the lack of respect for my time as a patient is simply unacceptable, and it still persists even with your new name and management:

  There clerical system is astonishingly terrible. The dentists and hygienists are very good, but not worth the pain of dealing with the appointment system here.

  These guys have no idea of how an "appointment" works. I was a client for several years and each and every single dental appointment would get moved, delayed, or just plain cancelled. If you are someone that has anything else to do in the day, this place simply will not work. IT was so bad that my friends and colleague started to make bets on my appointments being cancelled.
