  I changed my score from 1 star to 4 star to reflect the customer service I've received since then. They contacted me since offering to open up early on a Tuesday at 7am to provide me with an appointment. Which is an incredible customer service, unfortunately it was too late as I've already booked an appointment at a dentist elsewhere. Very impressed with their resolution to this problem, and my partner did have an appointment with them and said that they're fantastic and was particularly impressed with the hygienist.

  I have been at patient at Yaletown Dentistry since 2007. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I now live in Squamish and still drive down to the city for my dental appointments. I highly recommend this clinic!

  Had an initial appointment, xray and clean today at 7am. Turned up and they informed me that I canceled my appointment yesterday and rescheduled to next Thursday at 9am. Obviously wasn't me and it wasn't my partner as I work 9-6 so I wouldn't reschedule to that time. I've got a pretty unique surname, so I simple name check over the phone would have prevented this from happening. They didn't really convey their apologies sincerely and the receptionist just wanted to blame the other receptionist. Seemed really unprofessional to me and a huge waste of my time. Shame as it seems other people have had good experiences here. The other side of this is the person who called and believes they've canceled their appointment hasn't and there's going to be some confusion when someone else turns up at Thursday at 9am who isn't me.

  This is probably the best run dentist offices I have ever experienced. Having moved from another city, it took me some time to find the right place but here I feel like I have had the best service and advice a person could ask for. You won't be taking any chances with your teeth at this professionally run dentist's practice. Dr. Lalani and Dr. Ali are both fantastic, and their support teams and reception people are also the best in the business.
