  Overall, Tricia is a very skilled massage therapist with great bedside manners. I only wish I had started seeing her earlier in my pregnancy. It was also an added bonus that my midwife shares the office with Empower Health so it was very convenient to have both appointments taken care of in one trip.

  I found the most amazing counsellor at Empower Health. Her name is Melissa Turner. Melissa listens to where you are and what is causing you concern or anxiety and with her astute awareness of what is needed in the moment, she is like a magician in helping to make sense of lifes complexities. I have had three sessions with her and she is worth every penny for how impactful the outcomes have been during my work with her. If you are looking for a skilled counsellor who is compassionate, caring and provides a safe atmosphere to do your "work"...look no further! Melissa Turner is amazing!

  I found perfect place for massage, acupuncture and abdominal therapy. Very educated and experienced therapist. I was scared from needles and Acupuncture Therpy but Dr. Kelly is very experience and treated me very well. I feel wonderful..Thank you Empower for providing your best service to public.   I had excellent prenatal massages with Tricia Lovegrove. She was very knowledgeable about prenatal massages. She ensured that she addressed my specific concerns as well as common ailments during pregnancy. She was also very careful of avoiding certain pressure points that could trigger contractions.

  Tricia gave me the most intense deep tissue massage I've ever had. If you like strong pressure, she's definitely your massage therapist. I feel like my spine has been realigned. Tricia is blind and hard of hearing. Despite this communication was easy. Because of this it seems she's more in tune with her sense of touch and definitely knows what areas to work in order to relieve pain and tension in other areas. There is a quiet, caged seeing-eye dog in one corner of the room who you barely notice is there.

  Tricia mostly used lighter pressure for me which was appropriate given the late stage of my pregnancy (38 & 39 weeks when I saw her), but I could sense that she would be great with deep pressure massages if that's what you're looking for.

  Josh is a great RMT. Very professional, friendly and accommodating. I've been through many different RMT's and Josh is one of the better ones. Highly recommended.
