Had an assessment done by Chris M. at Yana. All movements were practical and easy to complete. Believe it or not, the one I had the hardest time with was trying to balance myself on 1 foot with my eyes closed (kept losing balance and jumping all over the place). Once all movements were completed my results were ready immediately. The amount of detail in the Functional Motion Analysis is crazy. The biggest insight I had was from my squat. The test showed me that when I performed a squat I was only engaging my outer leg muscles. I did a squat immediately after and to my surprise I could feel my outter leg muscles doing exactly what Chris was describing...this whole time I was doing my squats wrong! I have no idea how this technology works but it's some cool futuristic stuff. Thanks for the help guys.
