  Excellent service. Fantastic natural lighting and view. Delicious and authentic food. Parking is waived. Affordable price. Opens at 10 and tables are already full at 10.30.

  I was so turned off by this exchange that I just didn't even bother. Although this isn't the first time I've had trouble trying to give them business, I am firm on my decision on telling others of this experience.

  Been there for dinner several times. Very good chinese cuisine. It has large circular tables with lazy susan turntables in the middle. The staff knows how to serve a zillion different dishes to bring out their unique qualities. It is one of those Chinese restaurants where it is best if you can come with a Chinese speaker who knows the cuisine and knows how to order. But it is also a great place to go for an adventure and let the staff help you navigate the menu. A friend was in from San Francisco once and he mentioned that this particular restaurant is known in California and he had been told to go there when he was in the city.

  When the first teapot containing hot water was empty, the teapot was taken away to be refilled, but the teapot never came back.

  Service is not as good as Sun Sui Wah because once seated, only hot water was provided, no tea. Tea finally came about 15 minutes later.

  Knowing their history of behavior when it comes to making a reservation, I had decided to call and make reservations at least 1.5 weeks in advance. When the lady picked up and was told that I wanted a table for 12PM, she said there was no way they can make that reservation because they open at 11AM and that no one would be able to finish within an hour to open up a table for us. 1.5 weeks in advance and right at opening they have a full house!? Absolutely ridiculous.

  A very busy place, so make sure you get your name on the list asap or others will jump infront of you. The food is good as is the service. I personally think the prices are a tad high but that's me. I Will recommend this place for a family Dimsum.
