The beef role is really good. The noodles are amazing. Big dishes, good to share.

The braised beef noodle came with generous portions of meat and it was clear they used fresh ingredients. It is slightly sweet of the Taiwanese style and not the spicy kind.

Pretty good food but not necessarily a great dining experience. Dinner items are a bit pricey. As a food chain, surprised to see that they don’t take credit cards.

The Szechuan beef on the other hand is a disgrace to the Szechuanese name. I would know, I’m from Chengdu. It was not spicy in the slightest and lacked the signature peppercorn taste. It was slightly sweet with very little taste. While I get that this might have been adapted to local tastes, those who hope to try real szechuanese cuisine with its strong flavors should avoid ordering this. Those who enjoy Chinese-ish American cuisine like Panda Express need not worry.

This is a two part review - We ordered the braised beef noodle and the Szechuan beef in spicy soup (水煮牛肉).

To the restaurant, your service, ingredients, and portions were great. Just don’t claim to sell szechuanese food.

Noodles are freshly made, that's a plus. We used to like the szechuan beef broth here the best but recently the quality and the portion has reduced. The famous beef roll is too sweet and other than that tasteless for me (it is thin slices of beef in a crispy wrap, with no special flavor, no hint of a vegetable, just a sweet thick sauce). The pot stickers are nice, the steamed buns are also good. Still, one of the good Chinese restaurants in town.

It is delicious here. Everything that is recommended is good. I've never tried anything that isn't recommended yet. Must try their Dan Dan noodles. The flat noodles are blade sheared and chewy. Must try their xlbs, soupy, tasty and thin dumpling wrap.
