  A really attractive Urban Fare. They are split level with a restaurant and grocery division. An elevator and ramp are available to move between the two. Excellent grocery selection with a focus on organic and high quality foodstuffs. They have a small bakery and a butcher's shop. There is the restaurant upstairs that has WiFi, plug ins for phone and computer and both indoor and outdoor seating. The food is really good and they have a meat of the day as well as standard salads that are very tasty. It also operates as a coffee shop. They do vegan coffees and teas as well. Parking is from the paid lot below or street parking. Transit is accessible from bus lines.

  Decent grocery store with pretty great deli. Perfect for people staying downtown on business trips wanting an easy meal, snacks or produce. Simple and healthy

  This is a great grocery store! Has everything you need and alot more! They carry a host of natural foods as well as name brand stuff. They have great fresh produce, fresh cut flowers and a small gift section of you need that last minute gift. They also have a wonderful hot food bar that is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner! This place is a fabulous city market!

  Near whole foods quality at 2/3rds the price. Bakery is provided predominantly by Terra Breads, Meat and fish counter has a good variety of basic cuts and fresh "clean" meats at fair prices as well semi regular marinated meats and stir fry dishes for home cooking.

  I usually come here if I'm looking for something that's hard to find elsewhere or I need a quick produce run. Prices are very, very high but quality is good. Their café section is awesome and prices are a little more reasonable for food there. Depends on what you get though. Staff are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is very quiet and laid back.
