  We had a wonderful foot reflexology massage. Until we went to pay. We got verbally assaulted to tip from all the ladies who worked there. Just on principle we then refused to tip and they said "no thanks to you". So rude!!! Would have tipped if they hadn't been so blatantly rude! Learn some customer service.

  The face space I find uncomfortable so grad a couple rolled little towels to get your head nice and comfortable.

  Therapeutic Massage: Ask for one of the men, they are amazing at targeting the right area and really pounding out scar tissue ect :)

  Agree with all reviews. This is a wonderful, affordable massage place where you can get a very relaxing or super painful treatment message. Appts are easy to make (same day) and have never had a bad massage here...but agree, they do remind you of tip the moment you walk in and we're generous tippers always.

  I usually go in for a 90 min massage. What's great about the spa is its convienent location in Coal Harbour, most rooms are equipment with a full shower, and they have their own infra ray sauna too!

  My boyfriend and I had deep tissue massages at Swan Spa and we both were really pleased. We are athletes and needed mega tension release, and that we got! A very different type of massage than what we are used too, enjoyed their techniques, and we will definitely be back for more. Also, customer service was top notch. Super kind, friendly, and all smiles.

  TIP: If you pay cash they offer a discount but ask before your massage because it will be 'forgotten ' after.

  The combination of deep tissue massage and traditional Chinese massage has greatly help with alleviating the tension in my problem areas to the point that when I walk out of the spa I am pain free
