  I had a great experience with Storguard. I didn't have any furniture, just the odd bits and bobs I needed to store for a few months. Garry, the owner, is very helpful- he gave me a great discount because I was renting under 4 months and although I cancelled too late, he didn't have me pay the next month. There are lockers of various sizes. What I also liked is how easily accessible the location was; downtown but with an alley loading bay for cars to drive right up to. Would recommend very highly!

  2 stars for convenience. Certainly overpriced. But most of Vancouver is. They lose 3 stars because I gave my move out notice. November 6th but they will charge me until December 22nd because I missed the deadline for a few days. He blamed it on "upper management".

  Logically they don't have to charge the extra month but they're just being hard asses. Policy is policy they say. However basic business sense they should realize that I won't be using them again, even though I'm in the same vicinity, and nor will my other businesses. Forward thinking businesses would realize not to gouge. We gave plenty of time for move out. it's only November 6th when we gave notice. Fair enough to pay all of November but December to.....well they'll be the losers in the long run.

  Had a wonderful experience at Storguard self storage. Not only were the facilities great and easy to access, but also (and more importantly) the customer service was top notch. We had the pleasure of working with both Gary and David who were fantastic and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this storage location. Thanks so much for all the help!

  It's a tough business downtown Vancouver, costs are high and they should be encouraging long term business clients not gouging them. I guess they really need the money.

  As a business owner I know it's just a cash grab as I'm sure they can easily rent out the unit. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if it's rented out before my move in date.

  I had a really good experience at this storage facility. I left some of my furniture in one of their medium size storage units for about six months, when I came in they were very helpful in helping me find the right fit for me, and then added a small discount. When I came to close my account Alfred was very kind and helped me through out the way. Even waiting for me to come back and get remaining of my furniture later during the day.

  Great service by Gary, couldn’t ask for a better location to leave bags while we travel through the USA. Friendly and helpful, I only needed to hire for one month and was nevous about cost to leave gear but was affordable and safe location.
